Connor Duesterbeck

Connor Duesterbeck

Owner/Operator, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP

Connor is from Russellville, AR, and has been practicing yoga for years. She knew she wanted to teach from the moment she laid in Savasana in the very first yoga class she attended. She said that the feeling of checking out of life’s everyday stress, for about an hour and half was amazing…it was something that everyone should experience. Connor trained at Sage Yoga School in Little Rock with Sherri Youngblood and at Balance Yoga and Wellness in Hot Springs with Courtney Butler Robinson. She is a lover of animals, Ambassador for Manduka, and loves helping people feel great through Yoga and Mindfulness.

Cynthia Eisemann

Cynthia completed her teacher training in 2012, at the Yoga People Studio in Brooklyn, NY. She has since taught in yoga studios, churches, colleges, gyms and private coaching. For 35 years Cynthia taught movement for actors at Actors Movement Studio, NYU-Tisch School of the Arts, Rutgers U-Mason School of the Arts, CUNY, and various professional acting studios in NYC. Always rooted in the classical style of yoga, Cynthia enjoys many different flows and themes.

Lowell Lybarger

Lowell Lybarger

Yoga Instructor, RYT 200

Lowell studied with Sherri Youngblood at Sage Yoga School in Little Rock, AR from 2015-16. He attained the rank of shōdān (black belt) in Aikido. His yoga classes are greatly influenced by his extensive training in martial arts, zen meditation, yoga philosophy, and his life as a professional musician, music educator and librarian.

Erin Clair

Erin Clair

Yoga Instructor, RYT 200, PH.D.

Erin’s goal is to help people access their own joy and power. She specializes in power yoga, vinyasa flow, Yoga Nidra, and sound immersion. She is a certified Ayurveda Lifestyle Coach who offers consultations in Ayurvedic living. Erin is also an Associate Professor of English at Arkansas Tech University, where she specializes in holistic pedagogy.

Christopher Armstrong

Christopher Armstrong

Yoga Instructor, 200 Hour

Christopher received his teaching certification from YogaFit in 2019. He started his Yoga/Fitness journey back in 2014 in order to improve his balance and has had a dedicated practice ever since. His class is relaxed and fun or “Chill” as he calls it. When he is not on his “Magic Carpet” aka yoga mat, he can be found paddle boarding, surfing or singing. A Free Spirit.

Young Living Consultant

Kim is a Young Living Consultant.  She is the “go to” for all things essential oils.  She has a passion for wellness through natural means whenever possible.  While dealing with some health issues of her own she began to do research on the uses of essential oils and how to use them to benefit her health.  After noticing the positive effects of the oils she decided she wanted to share this with others in hopes that they could benefit from them also.  She uses them to make everyday products without the chemicals, such as hand scrubs and mat cleaner.
